The Bridge Exercise

This exercise is useful for the midsection. It will strengthen your abdominal muscles, which in turn will support your lumbar region and protect aincreasest local injuries. We all felt the pain in the lumbar region, or at least we all know someone who has suffered injuries in the lumbar region.

Why so many people do they have a weakened or injured lower back?

The human body is not designed for sitting, but in today's world, more and more people work in front of computer screens and remain sitting 18 hours on 24. It is not surprising that most people do not lead an active life seeing a weakening of the lower back and abdominal muscles, stiff calf muscles and poor posture. The most prevalent chronic injuries right now are caused by poor posture. Like all regions of the body are connected in some way or another, affecting the lower body one day affect the upper body and vice versa. These two parts are connected to the lumbar region and it is this junction that undergoes any mechanical tension and maintains the cohesion of the whole.
