A good sleep and less stress:
Getting enough sleep and avoid stress factors have a favorable role in hormonal balance and therefore face a healthy glow
4.Application natural masks:
Cucumber juice for any type of face with an application of lemon juice right on the acne areas for 20 minutes then rinse
White honey mixed with lemon juice to apply on the acne area for 15 minutes then rinse
A juice made from garlic and apple vinegar has an antibiotic effect on the skin to keep acne 15 min then rinse.
Finely ground fenugreek (2 tsp) with lemon and white honey (2 tsp) is effective but a mask to be applied just once or twice a week
