What is stress?


What is stress?

Stress is an adaptive response of the emergency agency interpreted as threats. It allows the body to mobilize its resources and capacity to cope with danger. The body can more easily choose to flee or fight the danger physically.

How does stress comes?

It activates the hormonal secretions that can greatly increase physical strength. The heart speeds up and then irrigate thoroughly the muscles become faster and more powerful then. Basically, you can give a punch more violent or start with a quarter turn to flee and run at full speed. Stress is therefore useful.
