Face Self-Massage



To start off, and wash your hands and face. Pour a small amount of argan oil in the hands and rub them against each other to heat them. Then, at your fingertips, massage base of the neck and move slowly on the cheeks, face and temples. Treat your hands on your face and tighten your face outward. Make a circular motion from the center, if you massage your temples, and eyebrows, and cheekbones, and around the nose and jaw.

With the fingers, by rotating the edges of the eyelids, movements in the other, from the inside out in order to avoid the formation of fine lines. We now turn your finger along the outside eyelids, above the temple and use a little pressure. Finally, with your palms, forehead smooth from the center outward, horizontally and vertically. And that the argan oil may be effective, it is best to massage before going to bed, allowing for productive work and to do until the morning.
